Content

Content holds the parts an email is assembled from.

The section opens on a page of cards, one per screen underneath it, each with one live number. A card whose number could not be worked out says so rather than showing a zero it never measured.

The emails you saved to start from. The number counts saved designs only — the email inside a campaign, or inside a step of an automation, belongs to that campaign or that automation, and counting it here would tell you about templates you cannot open.

A template with something to fix before you can send it is named on your home screen.

The images you uploaded and can place in an email or a form. Images you deleted are not counted.

Products mirrored from your Shopify catalog, so an email can name a real one and keep its price and image straight. The number counts products still in your catalog.

Discounts mirrored from Shopify. The discount is Shopify's object; the discount code is the string a person receives; an offer is one discount carried by one message. In an email, the discount block is where the offer is chosen.

The signup forms on your storefront — how new profiles start arriving on their own. The number counts the forms you have not archived. A form with changes you have not published is named on your home screen, because unpublished changes are doing nothing for you.
