The emails you decide the moment for
A campaign is one email, one audience, one moment you choose. You write it, you point it at the people you want, and you read it once more before it goes. Afterwards you can send it again to the people who did not open it.
Making it ready freezes it
Nothing goes out until you make a campaign ready to send. That moment freezes what you wrote and the rule that decides who receives it, so an edit made afterwards cannot change the email that is already on its way.
Send again to the people who did not open it
The second send starts from the first one’s audience and takes out everyone who opened it or clicked it. You are not rebuilding the audience by hand, and nobody is asked twice for no reason.
Every recipient is checked, one at a time
Consent, whether we may email this person at all, and whether we know who they are — every message, every time, in one place that has no way around it. An email we will not send is written down with its reason instead, and the reasons are a screen you can read.
How it works
1. Write the email
In the editor, with your own template, your images and your products. Save a version when you want to keep one.
2. Choose who it goes to
One segment or several. The count is on screen while you decide, so you know the size of the send before you commit to it.
3. Make it ready, and read it once more
The audience is cut at the moment sending starts. What went out, what came back, and what was held back are all on the Analytics screens afterwards.
