Text messagesComing soon

The same campaigns and the same people, by text as well

Text messages are being built as a second channel beside email — one number for your store, the same campaigns, the same automations, the same segments, and consent handled the same careful way for both. It is not here yet, and this page is what it will be rather than what it is.

One number for your store, and we set it up

Your store gets a number of its own, registered from what your store already tells us. You will not be opening an account somewhere else, and your people will not be living in a second product.

It goes both ways

A person can reply, and the reply arrives in the app as a conversation anyone on your team can answer — from a phone, a tablet or a desktop. The thread sits on that person’s profile, beside everything else you know about them.

Consent and STOP are ours to handle, not yours

Text-message consent is its own record, kept the way your email consent is kept, and it is checked against every text before it goes. STOP stops it, for good, the moment it arrives — nobody has to go and tidy anything up afterwards.

How it works

1. Turn it on

In Settings, when it is ready. There is no separate plan to buy and no minimum to meet — text messages will be part of what you already have.

2. Collect consent

A phone field on your forms, and what people agree to at your checkout. Each agreement is written down as it is given, with what was said and when it was said, so the record can answer for itself later.

3. Write it, and send it at a decent hour

A text campaign is written, counted and read once more the way an email campaign is. The hours it is allowed to arrive in are worked out from where each person is, not from where you are.
